How to Use the Customize Tab in Logo Grid Generator™

If you’re new to Logo Grid Generator™, start with our Getting Started guide — it covers the basic features like generating anchors, handles, outlines, and gridlines.

This article is for users of the full version of Logo Grid Generator™, included in the Gridit™ subscription, Adobe Illustrator Extension. 

With access to the Customize Tab, you’ll unlock advanced options for adjusting size, stroke weight, and colors — giving you more control and flexibility in your logo design grids.

To scale up anchor or handle elements:

1. Go to the Customize Tab

2. Find the Size input box

3. Use the up/down arrows or type a custom number

4. Click Apply to update your grid

   
   

🎯 Tip: Higher values = larger elements, great for zoomed-out compositions or presentation-ready exports.

To change the thickness of stroke lines on anchors or handles:

1. Locate the Stroke input box in the Customize Tab

2. Use the arrows or enter a new value

3. Click Apply

   
   

💡 This is especially useful if your grid components feel too light or heavy compared to your logo.

To change the color of your grid components:

1. In the Customize Tab, select either the Fill or Stroke swatch

2. Choose your desired color in the color picker

3. Click OK to confirm

   
   

You can also flip the fill and stroke colors by clicking the curved arrow icon to the left of the swatches.
