How to Install Akrivi Plugins
Learn how to install your Akrivi Adobe plugin using the standard installer for Mac or Windows — and what to do if you run into issues.
Step 1: Unzip the Downloaded File
After purchasing and downloading your plugin, you’ll get a .zip file.
📂 Right-click and unzip/extract it
Inside, you’ll find either a .pkg (Mac) or .exe (Windows) installer
Use the installer that matches your system:
Mac: Open the .pkg file
Windows: Open the .exe file
Follow the prompts to complete installation.
If the native installer doesn’t work, you can try installing the .zxp version manually.
This method is a fallback and only recommended if the standard installer fails.

Wait for confirmation
