How to Download Akrivi Plugins

After you complete your purchase, downloading your plugin is quick and easy — just make sure to follow each step carefully to avoid any issues.
Step 1: Open Your Onboarding Email
Right after checkout, you’ll receive an onboarding email from Akrivi.
This includes:

📁 The download link for your plugin
🎥 A quick-start tutorial link

Step 2: Sign In to Download
In order to download the plugins, you must sign into your account which is with our payment processor, Fastspring.
Please login here and follow the instructions.
PLEASE: If your account is on our old store, which means you subscribed before March 2025, please sign in here instead.
Step 3: Install The Plugins
Once your file is downloaded, it’s time to install and activate it inside Adobe Illustrator.
