If you’re seeing an error when trying to activate your license key — such as “Reverify” or “Your product key has expired” message — don’t worry. These are usually easy to fix. This guide will walk you through the most common causes and how to resolve them quickly.

1. 🔁 “Reverify” Message

This usually indicates a license verification issue, often related to the system or account connection.


✅ How to Fix It:

Please contact us directly and include:

  • The email address you used when purchasing

  • (Optional) Your license key, if available

2. ⚠️ “Your Product Key Has Expired”

This error may appear if:

  • Your subscription ended and didn’t renew

  • You have two accounts, and you’re using a license key from the one that is no longer active
