Cancelling Your Subscription & Requesting a Refund
Learn how to cancel your subscription, request a refund, and manage your billing period through your Fastspring account.

If you purchased between November 1st, 2023 and July 12th, 2024, you may be a customer of our previous Fastspring store.

Locate your active subscription
Click “Cancel” to stop future billing
Once canceled, your subscription will remain active until the end of your billing period — you won’t be charged again.
PLEASE NOTE: If you are on the old store, we had previously sent out an email that your account has been automatically cancelled as we had moved to a new store. To confirm this, follow the instructions above.
We offer refunds for subscription-based products if requested within 3 working days of your original purchase.
As stated in our Terms of Service all users agree to when subscribing to Akrivi products:
- Refunds are only available to first-time buyers of a subscription product.
- Refunds are not available after the 3-day window due to the instant value provided by our tools.
- Cancellations will result in the deactivation of your license key at the end of your current billing period, unless manually reactivated.
This policy reflects the nature of our products: they provide instant value, and the 3-day window gives customers enough time to evaluate them fairly — while also being sustainable for our business and respectful to other customers.

❌ After 3 working days? Refunds are not eligible, but you’ll still have full access until your subscription expires
